Each visit includes setup and sanitation time, which is allowed for about 15 to 20 minutes before the appointment. Clients are asked to provide a clean environment, adequate lighting, enough room for setup and a safe, accessible location. Addresses outside the standard service area may need travel arrangements approved before booking, and a travel fee may apply to some appointments. Photos or video are never required and are only taken with the client's permission and written consent.

The menu covers underarm, arm, leg, stomach, chest and back waxing, along with eyebrow shaping, face waxing and intimate services including inner thigh, bikini line and Brazilian waxing. Combinations bundle several areas into one visit, and the Full Body Refresh pairs a Brazilian, underarm and full leg wax for a single price. Some services need hair to reach a minimum length, and clients should allow hair to grow for two to three weeks before the stomach and chest and stomach services.

The Brazilian + Vajacial pairs a Brazilian wax with The Jewel Treatment, a post-wax skin routine that includes a gentle cleanse, light exfoliation, a cooling hydrogel mask, hydrating finishing products and aftercare guidance. The treatment is for external skin only and is not an internal treatment. Clients are asked to avoid shaving and exfoliating for 24 to 48 hours beforehand.

Services under $50 need no deposit. Services at $50 or more carry a $25 deposit that is non-refundable but counts toward the final bill. The deposit is kept if a client misses an appointment or cancels fewer than 24 hours before it. Mobile visits have a $50 minimum, which clients can meet by booking several services together. Buy Now, Pay Later covers in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed, and clients who miss appointments may be asked to prepay future ones. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM, and the salon is closed Thursdays.

Waxing is done at the client's location with setup and sanitation built into each visit, and clients are asked to disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, medications and recent treatments beforehand.
