The Jade Stylist began as a personal passion for hair and grew into a company that now operates as a parent company with branches. The founder started it with the goal of helping people feel beautiful, and the stated mission is to help people express themselves through hair and beauty, with guidance, artistry and a safe space for clients. The longer-term vision is to grow into a multi-branch beauty brand.

The Jade Bridal serves South Carolina and destination weddings, with the business traveling to a location the client chooses; travel fees are given on inquiry. Bridal hair packages cover brides, bridesmaids, mothers and other attendants. The Build-Your-Own package lets the bride pick which people need styling, from the bride to flower girls and junior bridesmaids, with each person priced individually and the total shown right away. The fixed packages include a bridal trial, day-of-wedding hair, a second-look style, veil placement and touch-ups while the artist is onsite, and some add styling for up to four bridesmaids and timeline creation. Bridal inquiries are answered within 48 hours and can be sent through an inquiry form, email or phone.

The Jade Boutique operates online only and ships within the United States, with international inquiries handled directly. Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days, and shipping goes through USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and an estimated 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Packages include USPS insurance up to $100, with more available on request, and rates are calculated at checkout. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition, and earrings, used hair accessories, final sale items, gift cards and personalized products are excluded. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, and direct exchanges are not offered.
