Facials are built around each client's skin condition, concerns and goals. First-time visitors can book the Ivory Introduction Facial, a 75-minute visit that begins with a consultation and skin analysis and ends with a customized facial, skincare recommendations and a future treatment plan. Other facials include the Back Facial, the Chemical Peel Facial, the Glass Skin Korean Facial, which draws on the Korean idea of healthy, radiant skin and aims to restore luminosity and strengthen the skin barrier, and the Skin + Scalp Facial.

The head spa menu follows the Japanese style and includes the 60-minute Signature 60 Head Spa and the Clarifying Scalp Reset, an 85-minute service aimed at dryness, flaking, buildup and congestion on the scalp. The Autumn Special pairs a Skin + Scalp Facial with a customized foot treatment. Scratch Therapy is a sensory wellness treatment using rhythmic scratching and tracing with fingernails or tools, which the studio calls a viral treatment.

Booking terms: the first cancellation carries no fee, while later cancellations may be charged 30%. No-shows without prior notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service and may need a deposit before future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
