Color services range from root touch-ups, glazes and grey blending to platinum root work and dimensional highlights and lowlights. Custom color is priced after a consultation, and all-over color varies in price by hair length and amount of product. A women's haircut and trim includes a wash, scalp massage, blow dry and style, and a curl trim is available for shorter visits.

Head spa options start with a basic scalp cleanse, massage and hydration service and build up to The Total Reset, which adds shoulder and neck massage and a facial with lifting massage. Extension services cover installs by row, removals, removal for reinstall, tightening between move-ups and mini-maintenance for touch-ups after two weeks. New clients need a consultation before an extension install.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling or no-showing on the day of an appointment means the full service is charged, cancelling within 24 hours costs 75 percent of the service, and cancelling within 48 hours costs 50 percent. Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice have no charge. Cancellations can be made by text or call during Monday to Friday business hours, and texts are accepted outside those hours.

Consultations are set before custom color, corrective color and extension installs for new clients, so the process and price are reviewed first.
