The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Mondays. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead avoid a fee. Later cancellations are charged at least half the service fee, and missed appointments can be charged up to the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon does not offer refunds, but clients who are unhappy with their hair have 72 hours to contact the salon, which may offer a no-cost service adjustment when it judges the problem to be its own responsibility. Adjustments do not apply if non-professional products were used at home, if at-home care was not followed, or if box or non-professional color was used beforehand.
