The spa is located within the Hilton Orlando at 6001 Destination Parkway, on more than 26 acres of landscaped grounds. It is less than a mile from the shopping, entertainment and dining along International Drive, and it is close to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, Discovery Cove and Pointe Orlando.

The spa and fitness center together occupy 15,000 square feet on site. The fitness center is open 24 hours and has cardio, strength, functional and free-weight equipment from Precor and Peloton, floor-to-ceiling windows with resort views, and personal screens on the cardio machines. Fitness center access is included in the daily resort charge and requires a signed waiver, which can be completed at check-in or during spa hours.

Facial treatments aim to minimize inflammation and redness. HydraFacial treatment cleanses, extracts and hydrates the skin. Massage combines therapeutic methods meant to refresh the body and ease the muscles. Nail services begin with the health of the nails and then move to a finished look, from basic to indulgent. Express services are available for guests with a short gap between meetings.

Couples services take place in a space designed for two. Group experiences include exclusive classes for team building and networking, along with customized wellness workshops. The resort also hosts weddings, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, with wedding planners, locally sourced cuisine, and coordination of South Asian and Indian traditions. According to the resort, the spa ranked number two best day spa in Orlando Magazine's 2025 Best of ORL Awards and received a 2025 TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award. Orlando Magazine also named it the best spa before a wedding in its Best of Wedding awards, and the resort states it holds an AAA Four Diamond Award.
