A visit usually starts with a free 30-minute one-on-one consultation to talk through goals and treatment options. Clients can also complete an online skin quiz that suggests treatments. Everything is booked by appointment. Follow-up visits cover treatment check-ins, touch-ups if needed, and mandatory after photos.

The menu spans several areas. Facials include a time-based Korean custom facial from $30 with five options, a 70-minute K-Beauty hydrating facial with a Korean skincare line, dermaplaning and back facials, a male facial, and a teen facial for clients up to age 18. Laser services include Laser Genesis, laser vein removal, skin tag removal, and hair removal by area or full body. Peels include chemical, Korean and Green Sea peels. Injectables include Dysport, B-12, glutathione and Lipo-C shots, and IV drips start at $160. Skin treatments include microneedling with or without PRP and under-eye PRP.

Policies: clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice incur a fee of 25% of the reserved service. Several services require a deposit, ranging from $25 to $50, and new clients booking an IV drip pay a $40 deposit.
