The head spa and scalp facial services are the center of the menu. The WOW Head Spa combines a scalp and facial massage from $160, with a blowout available as an add-on from $70. Scalp facials are sized to hair length, from $195 for short hair to $240 for very long or thick hair, and run from 60 to 100 minutes. Scalp oil massages to strengthen hair or for greying hair start at $160, and a soothing scalp spa for short to medium hair is $180.

Hair services include balayage, color melting and color blocking, double process color, root touch-ups, tone-only and color correction services, blowouts and women's haircuts. Repair, anti-frizz and smoothing hair treatments are each priced from $160. According to the salon, its haircut services are certified by celebrity hairstylist Anh Co Tran. Facials, airbrushed foundation, red carpet event makeup and a back massage round out the menu.

Booking runs through GlossGenius. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to complete an intake form. Deposits of $50 to $90 are required for many services at booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours carry a 50% fee, and cancellations or excessive rescheduling within 24 hours carry a 100% fee.
