The studio describes itself as quiet, comfortable and private rather than fast-paced or high-volume. Appointments are never rushed or double-booked, and additional guests are not permitted. Each lash set and brow service is planned around the client's features, natural lashes and lifestyle.

Services cover lash extensions in half or full sets, lash lifts, refills and add-ons, brow tinting, shaping and lamination, and permanent makeup including ombré/powder brows, lip blush and beauty marks. The business says its work has been featured in British Vogue, including bridal lash styling for a wedding.

The studio also runs in-person lash training through The Haute Academy. Training is paid in full before the first day, and certification is granted on completion of all sessions, demonstrated basic competency and full payment; attendance alone does not guarantee it. Students are responsible for following state licensing rules when they offer services.

A deposit secures every appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, with one reschedule allowed per deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a $25 fee, and a 10-minute grace period applies; after 15 minutes the appointment may be canceled or adjusted and a late fee may apply.

Each lash set and brow service is customized to the client's features, natural lashes and lifestyle.
