Hair treatments range from a plain shampoo and a clarifying treatment for mineral build-up such as chlorine, to conditioning options, a combined clarifying and deep conditioning treatment, and an Olaplex treatment for damaged hair. The clarifying treatment is sometimes required before color.
Color services require a deposit that is taken off the total bill at the visit. Cancelling a color appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or not showing up, forfeits the deposit. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the business know as soon as possible so it can reschedule. The business is open Tuesday through Saturday with evening hours midweek and is closed Sunday and Monday.
