Services are grouped into haircuts, styling, color, treatments, consultations and add-ons. A new client haircut at $119 includes a detailed 15 to 20 minute consultation, styling instruction and product recommendations. Returning clients can book a women's haircut and style starting at $89, and men's haircuts are $69 and include a shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage and blow dry.

Color options range from a demi-permanent gloss that adds shine and tone, which lasts about 6 to 8 weeks and cannot lighten hair or fully cover more than 50% gray, to root touch-ups for gray coverage, partial and full foil highlights, hand-painted balayage starting at $299, and bleach retouches for blonde shades. Color correction is priced after a consultation and requires a $300 deposit. A keratin smoothing treatment starting at $400 is listed to reduce curl and frizz for up to five months.

Street parking is available on North Glebe Road, and a garage sits beneath the building on North Wakefield Street. The studio is about a seven minute walk from Ballston Metro Station. Appointment changes need 48 hours notice, with late changes charged 90% of the cost and no-shows charged in full. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.
