Color work is organized around consultations. New clients, major color changes and color corrections are asked to book a consultation first, a 30-minute visit in which no hair services are performed. Color correction is priced by the hour from a starting rate and may take more than one session. Double process touch-ups are reserved for existing double-process clients.

Add-ons include a scalp detox, which can be booked alone or added to a service, and a deep conditioning mask that can be added to any hair service. Extensions require a consultation before any installation, and tape-in extension removal is also offered. Keratin smoothing treatments are available, and the salon styles hair on location for groups of four or more within 15 miles of the salon.

Payment plans are offered. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $55, $85, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Booking is available online through the salon's Square page or by phone. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM on one or two Saturdays a month, and the salon is closed on Sundays.
