The Hair Way is located behind the Bank of America in the Greekfest plaza at 1940 E Camelback Road, Suite 101, Phoenix. Parking is available out back when there is none in front, and spaces labeled Greekfest may be used. Clients enter through the last door, closest to the garbage can and apartment.

The menu runs from a quick 30-minute tinsel service and blow-dry styling to longer appointments such as color, lightening, keratin treatment and sew-in extension installation. Several prices are starting prices, and the final price for color and lightening is set at the in-person consultation or appointment.

Some booking rules apply. New clients are accepted Tuesday through Friday only. The haircut-and-style price for returning clients is for people who visit at least twice a year. A consultation with test strands takes about an hour, is priced by service, and carries a $15 no-show fee. The bridal voucher, which covers a blowout or a haircut and style, is for the bride or bridal party and is limited to one per person; it must be presented when booking.
