Bookings are made through the GlossGenius platform. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Cancelling later is charged at half the cost of the service, while a missed appointment with no phone call is charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the appointment time may mean a shorter service or a different appointment time.
In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
