The salon describes itself as a premier hair care salon, and its menu covers color, relaxers, silk press and thermal styling, and hair weaving.
Options include I-tip, keratin and traditional sew-in installs, quick weaves, partial and full weaves, weaves with a lace closure, and wig installs, along with braiding for wig installation and weave removal. The salon also sells 100% human hair, bundles, wigs and lace products. Hair bundles are used only from The Hair Session or approved bundles.
Color services include semi-demi and permanent color, highlights, lowlights, feather lites, chunks, balayage and custom placement. Cello Shine, a color gloss, is a protein conditioning color that does not cover grey and lasts about six shampoos. Ellumen Godlwell is a separate color that the salon states gives 100% grey coverage. Partial color starts at $100 and is priced by consultation.
First-time clients must have a consultation before booking, and before any hair extension service. A $50 non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total. Cancellations and changes must be made by calling the salon. Cash is preferred, and Zelle and credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge and service fees. Trims, color, Olaplex and steam treatments are not included in basic services and must be added to the booking. Open Wednesday and Thursday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Monday and Tuesday. Children are allowed only when they are receiving a service.
Consultations for new clients look at the condition of the hair and scalp, and the stylist sets a plan around what the client needs.
