Services cover a wide range of ages and needs. Younger guests can book Little Ninja's Cuts for ages 10 and under, junior formal styling up to age 12, tween cuts for ages 11 to 16, wigs for kids and a braiding lesson. Adults can choose from cuts, blowouts, curls, perms and body waves, formal and travel formal styling, and several levels of color, including vivid unicorn hair color by the hour. Waxing, herbal foot soaks, and hair chlorine treatments are also offered.

Smoothing and scalp services are a notable part of the menu. Magic Sleek Express and Magic Sleek Keratin are offered, and the New Scalp Therapy Head Spa includes a scalp analysis under a microscope, a deep cleanse, exfoliation, steam, massage, deep conditioning and LES phototherapy. Extensions are priced after a consultation.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less may be charged 50% of the total service cost. Deposits apply to some services, including new clients booking a full head highlight, Magic Sleek systems, Travel Formal Styling, Unicorn Hair, New Scalp Therapy Head Spa and Express Teen Scalp Treatment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
