The salon's newly built interior is modern and contemporary. Clients can book online, and virtual consultations are available for color services, so a color plan can be discussed before a visit.

Specialty fashion colors and color corrections need a consultation first, and each stylist sets which specialty services they offer. Clients are asked to complete a form before arriving that is tailored to the booked services and records allergies and special needs. Sharing expectations or concerns before and during the appointment is encouraged.

Stylists are placed in levels from New Emerging Talent up to Level 5, based on experience, advanced education, demand and tenure, with higher levels carrying higher prices. A level does not indicate whether a stylist performs specialty services.

Prices are quoted as estimates with a starting point. Each service has a set product and time allowance, and additional fees apply if either is exceeded. An eco fee of $2.00 is added at checkout.

The salon participates in Green Circle Salons, a recycling program covering hair clippings, metals, chemicals, paper and plastics. According to the salon, this keeps 85% to 95% of its waste out of landfills.
