The salon names wigs as its primary specialty. Its wig offerings include selling wigs, tailored fitting, trimming, tinting, placement, upkeep and styling.

Longer treatments on the menu include Organic Keratin, which takes about two and a half hours, and ProAddiction, which takes about three and a half hours. Shorter appointments such as a glaze, a women's cut or a blow dry run about 15 to 30 minutes. Hours are Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and the salon is closed on Saturdays.

The salon works closely with each client on individualized care and precision, aiming for natural-looking results.
