Hair services cover color, including balayage, highlights, glossing, permanent and semi-permanent color, and cuts such as dry, curly, precision, men's, and taper cut and style. Blow-outs range from beach waves to silken straight finishes. Natural hair styling includes wash and go, two-strand twist outs, flat twists, coil curl sets, and styles for kids ages 8 and up and for men. Texture-altering services include keratin treatments, a formaldehyde-free express renewal, relaxers and TruPlex SOOMTH. Extensions and wigs are also offered, from clip-ins and sew-ins to hand-tied full heads, along with wig cutting, coloring and full service.

Conditioning treatments, including Micro Mist Steam, hydrating, protein, reconstructing, detox, scalp refresh and Micro Mist Rescue, can be added to any hair service. Full service packages combine several steps into one visit.

On the skin side, the studio offers mini, spa, anti-aging, dermaplaning, men's and teen facials, which the salon describes as customizable and aimed at hydration and brighter skin. Brow design, shaping, threading, tinting and lamination sit alongside lash extensions and fills, face and body waxing, and makeup application and lessons. Wedding and social event services can be done in the client's home or on site.

Visits are booked in advance only. The studio opens Tuesday from 12 to 5, Wednesday through Friday from 9 to 5, and Saturday from 9 to 3, and stays closed on Sundays and Mondays, the latter kept for staff training. Newcomers are asked to arrange a consultation before their first appointment, and extensions as well as color work for new guests or major changes begin with an in-person hair consultation. Reservations are made online through Vagaro, which also runs a waitlist. A membership program offers discounts and extras. Changes require 24 hours' notice. No-shows, late cancellations and very late arrivals are charged the full missed-appointment fee. According to the salon, it received the People's Choice Award (Golden Ticket) at the My Black Colorado event, and its 2019 Best of Aurora Award was in the business management consultants category. The salon also reports features on Denver Channel 7 and the ComeBack Podcast.

The salon centers on the health of clients' hair and builds consultations around personalized routines, with esthetics work aimed at realistic skin goals rather than perfection.
