Before booking, clients can take a free 45-minute consultation to talk through any service or event they have in mind, which suits anyone planning a special occasion or unsure what they want. The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on weekends. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards are available.

Several memberships are offered. The Lash Membership is a $200 purchase that covers a full year of lash services, up to one visit a week, starting from the first lash appointment after purchase, and new clients pay a $199 deposit. The Lash Club Membership is $55 a month for unlimited lash services with priority booking. The Weekly Wash & Style Membership is $50 a month, and the Blowout Membership is $60 a month.

Booking policies are firm. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment must be rescheduled and 50% of the service is charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the appointment total. Guests are not allowed at appointments. Deposits are nonrefundable or transferable, and each deposit covers one reschedule, with further changes needing a new deposit. No-shows are charged the full service price plus a $50 rebooking fee and must prepay at the time of booking.

Haircuts are approached as precision cuts designed to grow out well and to suit each individual client.
