The menu runs from quick neck and bang trims and children's cuts to longer appointments for highlights, balayage, platinum color and corrective color work. Many prices are listed as starting points, with the final cost depending on hair length, the amount of color used or how long the service takes.
The studio is open Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM and closed the rest of the week. Clients can book through the Glossgenius page, and questions about services or pricing can be sent by email or by call or text. Appointment reminders go out 72 hours ahead.
New clients booking color services pay a deposit: $30 for single process color and partial highlights, $50 for root color, full highlights and single process balayage, $75 for double process balayage and platinum color, and $500 for corrective color. Changes need 48 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice costs half the scheduled services, while cancelling with less than two hours' notice or not showing up costs the full amount. Late arrivals may have the service shortened, and the full service is still charged. No future appointments are booked until any outstanding cancellation fees are paid.
Retail products cannot be refunded, though unopened products may be exchanged for account credit toward future services. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
