Braiding is the center of the menu. Feed-in braids are priced by the number of braids, from a set of two up to freestyle sets of 16 or more, and there are options that pair feed-ins with layers, box braids, or braids gathered into a ponytail or bun. Knotless braids are offered from jumbo down to extra small, with separate kids' knotless sizes for children 10 and under. Other braid styles include soft locs, butterfly locs, Fulani braids, crochet braids, stitch braids, and men's and boys' braids.

Beyond braids, the team offers silk presses (one with a K18 treatment), natural and pronto quick weaves, closure and frontal wig installs, sew-ins, loc wash and retwist services, color such as full and partial highlights and all-over color, and treatments that include K18, protein, deep conditioning, hydration and scalp care. Many braid and weave services require hair to be fully detangled, and hair itself is not supplied for most braid and weave services. Clients are asked to arrive with hair shampooed and detangled.
