Chemical services are priced individually. Virgin relaxers take 30 minutes and are offered in two lengths: $50 for hair 5 inches or shorter and $100 for longer hair. Touch up relaxers, at $35 and 30 minutes, are for new growth on previously relaxed hair. Clients who have not had a relaxer in more than three months are asked to book a virgin relaxer instead. Edge Up is a 20-minute partial relaxer for the edges only, at $25, and is recommended for short hair or sew-in clients.

Color options include gray coverage, which starts at $40 for short hair and takes 15 minutes, with longer lengths priced higher. Highlights are offered for short hair, where they cover the crown, and for long hair. Solid color comes in one, two or three permanent colors over the whole head, and its price varies with hair length. Color correction takes about three hours, begins with a consultation, and the price is set during that consultation. A 30-minute bridal consultation called Here Comes the Bride is listed at $35.

Extension services include quick weaves that use temporary bonding glue, bonded and bob-cut variations, sew-in weaves attached to braids by sewing, partial sew-ins, and piece-by-piece additions. Weave by the pack is also offered; packs are colored and treated before the service, and a deposit is due at drop-off. Braid molds, short curl and pin curl finishes, and removal of an existing sew-in round out the extension menu.

Haircuts include a new cut, a women's cut for hair that is already in a precut style, a re-cut for hair that has grown out 3 to 6 inches, and a trim that removes up to half an inch and is mainly used for tapers. Styling is available for relaxed hair (shampoo and style, and wave curls) and for natural hair. Treatments range from a 15-minute scalp scrub and conditioning service to protein and moisture treatments for split ends, peppermint and tea tree scalp care, and hot oil baths. A non-chemical Thermal Smoothing System for natural or relaxed hair takes about three hours and is listed at $350.
