The Iconic Blowout, at $50, is the main service: a pre-cleanse, a second cleanse with scalp massage, and a round-brush finish. The Express at $35 skips the wash and offers dry styling only, while the Junior Guest at $35 is a shampoo and blowout for younger guests. A Signature Wash at $20 covers a pre-cleanse shampoo, a shampoo and conditioning with extended scalp massage, and a light rough dry. Guests can add extra time or finishing layers: an extended scalp massage, a longer stay for thick, long, or extension hair, or a detailed glam finish for events. The Resort Collection offers four named looks, The ICON, The MALIBU, The ST. TROPEZ, and The MONACO, and the stylist tailors the final result to hair type, length, and the occasion.

For repeat or planned visits, the studio offers day passes that bundle an Iconic Blowout with a scalp treatment and a mask or rehab, prepaid Weekend Getaway and Staycation series of blowouts or treatments, and Frequent Flyer packages valid for 12 months. Residence memberships renew monthly with automatic billing, include a set number of blowouts, member pricing on blowouts and amenities, and unused visits that carry over for 12 months while active. A loyalty program called Room Credit earns points automatically with visits and spending. Private VIP group access is available for groups of three to five guests and requires a phone inquiry.

Booking is available online, by phone, or by text. A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation, payment is taken at the end of the visit, and only credit cards are accepted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, with a possible fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours and refine the original style, and refunds are not issued. Memberships and prepaid services are non-refundable, and children must be supervised at all times. Guests should tell their stylist about allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical services, since the team may adjust or decline a service to protect hair and safety.
