A facial visit starts with a conversation about the client's skin goals. Throughout the appointment, the provider explains how the ingredients and treatments work before, during and after the facial. First-time guests are steered to the Introductory Personalized Facial before they choose other services.

The medi spa menu covers SkinPen microneedling, microcurrent facials, dermaplaning, the Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peeling System and electrodessication, which begins with a consultation. Microcurrent is offered as a Tighten and Tone facial, and a Virtual Skin-Care Education and Guidance session is available for clients who want advice without visiting in person.

The salon makes its own organic skin care line in small batches. The line uses botanicals and adaptogenic mushrooms and comes in 3-step and 6-step sets, with daytime and nighttime routines. Clients can pre-order products for pickup at their appointment. The all-brands catalog also carries products from other labels.

Services are by appointment only and can be booked online. Payment is due at the time of service, not at booking. Services can be combined by booking them back to back. Add-on treatments such as brow or lip waxing must be booked alongside a facial or body treatment and cannot be booked on their own. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm.
