A visit starts with a complimentary in-person assessment of about 15 minutes, which requires no credit card. During it, the owner looks at skin, hair and goals and recommends a treatment plan, and package payment is not due until the client approves that plan. Before the first treatment, clients complete an intake form and a 5-minute virtual safety review with the supervising physician. Clients see the same clinician at every visit. Laser sessions are usually spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, with facial sessions about 4 to 6 weeks apart and body sessions about 6 to 8 weeks apart, and treatment times run from about 15 minutes for small areas to 60 minutes for a whole body.

Laser hair removal is sold as 6-session starter packages or 12-session complete packages, with 6 sessions suited to partial reduction or maintenance and 12 sessions to full reduction according to the salon. Packages are priced openly on the website with no hidden pricing behind a call or form. Twelve-session packages include four complimentary touch-ups on the treated area that never expire. Bundles of two packages receive 10% off the total and bundles of three receive 20% off. Clients can spread payments over time through Cherry, which offers 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and gift certificates can be bought in any amount and used on any treatment area. All major credit cards are accepted.

Electrolysis is offered in 30-minute and 60-minute appointments, sold as 10-pack or 20-pack bundles and booked every 1 to 3 weeks. The salon states that laser hair removal can achieve up to 95% permanent hair reduction and that electrolysis is the only FDA-approved service for permanent removal of all hair; both are the salon's own claims.

Treatments are customized for each client, and results are tracked over time. The studio serves clients of all genders, ages, body types, skin tones and hair colors.
