Every new client can book a free consultation through the website. The visit opens with a structured assessment of skin, facial anatomy and timing, and recommendations are outlined only after that. Phone calls are used for scheduling and time-sensitive questions, while email is reviewed during clinic hours.

The injectable menu covers dermal fillers for volume and contour changes, aiming to keep balance, proportion and natural expression. Neurotoxin injections temporarily relax targeted muscles behind expression lines, with results usually lasting three to four months. Bioregenerative fillers encourage the body's own collagen production to improve skin quality over time. PRP and PRF treatments use the client's own blood for skin renewal, hair growth and tissue repair, and microneedling is also offered within the injectable group. Injectables can be combined with skin health or device-based treatments.

The laser offering is LaseMD, a non-ablative treatment using a 1927 nm thulium laser that targets water within the skin. Depth can be adjusted from light resurfacing to deeper correction, and it is used for tone, texture, pigmentation and early signs of sun damage. Sessions run roughly 5 to 20 minutes, a numbing cream may be applied 30 to 45 minutes ahead of deeper passes, and clients can usually return to normal activities right away, with redness fading over the following day. The clinic notes that most improvement tends to appear after three sessions spaced a month apart.
