The Glow Chateau is on the second floor of the Hermosa Pavilion, reached by elevator from the designated parking structure. Free parking is available in that garage, but it requires parking validation.

Head spa sessions are the main offering here. Each one deep-cleans the scalp, lifting away buildup and surplus oil. Arriving with unwashed hair is fine, because the scalp is cleaned during the appointment, but clients are asked to skip heavy oils and styling products that day. According to the salon, the treatment is typically suitable for hair that has been dyed or chemically processed. It is not advised for anyone with hair extensions in place.

The studio also offers customized blowouts and beauty services including lash lifts, brow lamination and waxing. The business says it uses professional-grade products, though it does not name specific brands. Each client is given the technician's full attention, so only one service is performed at a time and additional guests are not permitted during appointments. Clients are asked to arrive with hair down and without makeup or jewelry. Appointments start on time, with a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and appointments arriving later than that are canceled. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 to 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Cash, Zelle and Venmo are accepted.
