The GlamLABB

The GlamLABB is a hair and beauty business in DeSoto that covers appointments, hair extensions and its own product line. It brings together Kaotic Kollection hair, DoneByDeej styling and YourMajestee Esthetics under one roof, so clients can book hair work, lashes, brows and skin care in the same place.

Installs are the core of the business. Options run from basic traditional sew-ins to deluxe and super deluxe versions, which include shampooing, deep conditioning and removing a previous install. Closure sew-ins, half up half down styles, quick weaves, Microlink installs and tape-in extensions are also offered. Tape-ins come in five textures and are professionally installed, washed in the salon and removed by the team. Each tape-in install begins with a consultation held by FaceTime or in person, and natural hair color is matched to the extensions unless a different color is chosen in advance. One free maintenance visit is included when the hair and install are purchased at the salon. Klarna and Afterpay are accepted for tape-in orders and appointments.

Beyond installs, the menu includes sleek ponytails, silk presses, roller sets, relaxers, single bleaching, color processes, Olaplex treatments, braid downs, kids braids, makeup and shampoo services. Monthly lash plans offer one or two fills per month. Wig work includes U-Part construction with or without a client's own bundles, plus closure, frontal and full lace wig installs. Clients unsure which wig unit suits them can email the salon or message on Instagram with a photo of the look they want. The salon also describes its Kaotic hair as ethically sourced single donor raw Indonesian hair and says it keeps its look for up to three years with proper care.

Booking works best when clients plan ahead. Online appointments should be booked 24 to 48 hours in advance, and a deposit is required and taken off the total service price. Clients should cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead or the deposit is not refunded. Arriving on time is requested, and a $50 late fee applies after 30 minutes. Squeeze-in appointments add $75 to the service price. Clients are asked to book only the service they need and to text the stylist for any additions so an updated price can be sent. Clients with time constraints should text the stylist at least 72 hours before the appointment.
