Cancellation and change terms are set out on each package page and vary by timing. Deposits can be refunded only if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, less a $50 fee, and later cancellations receive a gift card credit rather than a cash refund. Rescheduling after 24 hours carries a $25 fee, and changes close to the event may not be accommodated. Cancellation requests are submitted by email or through the official cancellation form.
