Visits are by appointment. Only the client receives treatment, since extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Arrivals are held to an 8-minute grace period, and arriving after it cancels the appointment. A $50 charge goes to the card on file when an appointment is cancelled for late arrival.
For ongoing wear, LashFills are meant to be booked every two to three weeks. If more than three weeks pass, the visit is treated as a new set rather than a fill.
Payment is taken by card or cash only. Zelle, Cash App and Venmo are not accepted.
