The studio is open Monday through Saturday with varying hours, and is closed on Sundays. Bridal packages and group bookings are arranged through a private message, and gift cards are available.

The service menu spans UV lash full sets and fills, traditional adhesive extensions in full sets across Classic, Hybrid and Volume looks, and mega volume sets and fills. Lifts and tints come in a standard option lasting 6-8 weeks or a Korean option lasting 8-12 weeks. Removal is available with a deep clean lash bath. Lash clusters are a short-term option that stays on for 3-7 days with proper care. They differ from professional extensions, should be taken off within a week, and cannot be used for fills.

Brow services include waxing, tinting and lamination. Ombré powder brows have separate options for virgin brows, correction, and brows done elsewhere, plus a 6-8 week touch-up and an annual refresh. Results last 1-3 years and a touch-up is needed for best results. Lip blushing is a semi-permanent lip tint with results lasting 1-3 years and touch-ups recommended. An areola reconstruction consultation is listed under permanent makeup.

Makeup services include skin prep, full face makeup and optional lashes. The Private Makeup Lesson 101 is a two-hour session covering skin prep, foundation and concealer, brows, brush and sponge use, and powder and bronzer application. Booking requires a valid card. Booking fees and deposits are nonrefundable, cancellations or reschedules made with at least 48 hours' notice are not charged, and shorter notice is charged 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or require rescheduling.
