The clinic sits in Scottsdale and presents itself as a full-service aesthetic practice covering injectables, fillers, skin tightening, microneedling, body treatments and hair restoration.

New filler patients start with a one-hour Full Face Balancing Consultation for $250, and no treatment is given on the same day. If the consultation is used toward treatment within 90 days, the fee is applied to that treatment. A 30-minute virtual consultation with Eva is also $250, and a separate $250 consultation covers Sculptra. Follow-up visits are free, last 15 minutes and include photos to check results, and touch-ups are scheduled about two weeks after a treatment.

The menu is broad. Wrinkle relaxers include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, priced by unit with appointments that include a consultation. Filler options use Juvederm, Restylane and Belotero, and dissolving is done with Hylenex. Sofwave is offered for the face, neck, abdomen, arms, elbows and knees, and Kybella starts at $1,200. Treatments are elective and are not covered by insurance, though HSA cards are accepted. Cherry financing is available with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99% APR, subject to eligibility.

A credit card is required to book. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a $500 fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments without notice. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Appointments are not booked within two weeks of a vaccine, dental treatment, surgery or illness. Services and gift cards are not refundable. Products cannot be shipped and must be picked up in person in Scottsdale. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Pets are not allowed except service animals, and clients are asked to arrange childcare before appointments.

The clinic favors a less-is-more approach aimed at natural-looking results, avoiding overfilled or overdone looks, and says it builds patient relationships on care, trust and integrity.
