Lash fills are offered on a two-week or three-week schedule and take about two hours. Booking and payment can be handled online through the salon's booking page.
Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Clients may reschedule once, by contacting the salon through Instagram. No-shows are not refunded, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $15 late fee.
