The studios keep longer hours Monday through Friday, with shorter days on Saturday and Sunday.

Lash extensions are the core of the lash menu. Natural Classic places one extension on every other natural lash for a mascara-like effect. Glam Classic and Diva Classic add one extension to each natural lash, for a fuller medium look or a longer look with natural fullness. The Hybrid set blends classic and volume techniques into a wispy style that can be shaped from short to long. The Volume set is built from handmade fans of three to eight lightweight extensions per natural lash. Extensions are applied one lash at a time with medical-grade adhesive. The salon says it developed its own extensions, which it describes as light, soft and comfortable. Fills are scheduled every two to four weeks depending on the style, and a foreign fill for any set is $125.

For natural lashes, a lash lift is a semi-permanent chemical curl, recommended every six to eight weeks and priced at $100. Adding a tint darkens the lashes for $120 in total, and the tint itself lasts two to three weeks. Brow lamination sets the brow in a chosen shape or gives it a fuller, fluffy finish. Permanent brow options include microblading, hybrid brows that pair microblading strokes with soft shading through the body and tail, and ombre powder brows for a filled-in makeup look. Brow pigments are cruelty-free and vegan, and disposable sterile needles are used. Microblading typically lasts one to one and a half years, and many clients return about six to eight weeks after the first session. Touch-ups are priced by how long it has been since the original work, and brow coverup or correction is $675.

Permanent eyeliner, a tattoo along the top lash line, is offered only at the Virginia Beach studio for $500. Bottom eyeliner is not offered. It typically lasts one to three years, and yearly touch-ups are recommended, which are priced separately. Free phone consultations are available to help choose a permanent brow service. Monthly payment plans are offered for lash training and for microblading, hybrid and ombre brow services.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance due at the appointment by cash, debit or credit card. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and the retainer can be moved once with that notice. Cancelling late or not showing up forfeits the retainer, and the card on file is charged the remaining balance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment without a refund. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Permanent brow work is not offered to anyone under 18, and a photo of any existing dark brow work must be emailed before booking.
