Haircuts are organized by age. A Tiny Trim is a spray cut for children 3 and under, and the First Snip Experience is a spray cut for the same age group that includes a keepsake certificate. The Classic Haircut is a spray cut with a mini braid for ages 3 to 6, and the Boy Haircut is a clipper or scissor cut for ages 3 and up. Appointments moved at least 24 hours ahead receive store credit for the deposit, while changes made within 24 hours forfeit it. A 20% gratuity is added to group appointments with two or more guests, including all party packages. Clients do not need to bring anything, since the business supplies polishes, lotions, and everything needed for the visit.
