Color is the largest part of the menu. Options range from all-over color and root retouches to foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, bleach, toner and semi-permanent shades that can be added to most services. Specialty looks such as peekaboo pieces, money pieces and ghost roots are offered, and bleach wash services are available for removing old color.

Other services include haircuts sized to hair length, clipper and undercut work, children's cuts, tape-in and sew-in extensions, a Brazilian Blowout and an Amika treatment for frizz, plus wash and blow dry styles and formal updos for events. Brow tinting and lamination are offered alongside waxing for the face.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM; it is closed Monday, Thursday and Friday. Appointments are made through the salon's Gloss Genius page. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or a fee of 30% of the service cost applies. New clients pay a deposit of $5 to $50 depending on the service. Card payments carry a 2.5% fee, while cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App do not. The salon reserves the right to decline service, and when a service falls below its standards it may offer a refund or a re-do.
