Appointments are booked online, with a 50% deposit that is applied to the total cost and the rest paid at the visit.

Online booking covers four nail categories: acrylic nails, Gel X extensions, hard gel nails and natural nails. Gift certificates are also available through the booking site.

Because the space is limited, extra guests are not allowed at appointments, and children cannot come along. New clients are asked to arrive with bare nails unless a removal service is booked with the appointment.

The studio sets a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with proper notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full payment before future bookings.

If a repair is reported within 3 days of the appointment, it is fixed at no charge. Repairs requested after 3 days may carry a repair fee.

A small, private workspace with limited room, so visits are kept to the client and their appointment.
