Prices are listed as starting points, and each service comes with an estimated appointment length, so clients can plan their day.

Beyond braids, the business handles consultations, which are available before booking to assess hair health and talk through the look a client wants. Other services include sew-ins, quickweave installs, wig services, custom styling, braid and sew-in takedowns, and a kid service for children ages 6 to 13. Payment is taken in person. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Custom style bookings take a $25 deposit, and sew-in or quickweave takedowns take a $30 deposit and include shampoo. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 75 percent of the service, but they can ask to move the visit to a date two weeks later if they request it before that window. A missed appointment without a phone call also carries a 75 percent fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arrivals more than 25 minutes late should be reported in advance or the appointment is cancelled. A $15 late fee and a $50 squeeze-in fee for same-day appointments also apply.
