The Gel Society is a nail studio run by its owner and nail artist, Cara. The studio was started to build real relationships with clients and to be a space where people feel comfortable saying what they need.
The menu covers gel manicures, including a version with a builder gel basecoat and a structured gel option that uses builder gel to build a strong apex. Nail art is priced in four levels, from simple designs on a few fingers up to extremely detailed work on all ten, and the studio offers hand-painted designs.
Removal and repair are also offered. Gel polish removal can be added to a manicure, builder or soft gel can be removed on its own, and single nails can be repaired with a natural nail patch, a gel polish fix or a nail enhancement fix. Acrylic and dip are not removed here, so questions about those should be sent by message before booking.
Booking is online with a $25 deposit paid through Square, which counts toward the visit. Clients are asked to confirm 48 hours ahead and receive reminders two days and one day before. Changes made online at least 24 hours ahead return the deposit minus card processing fees; later changes forfeit it. The rewards program is free to join, earning one point per dollar spent on services, with every 200 points taking $10 off a visit. A $75 gift card covers a Structured Gel Manicure, tax included.
