Booking comes with a few house rules. An intake form must be completed at least 72 hours before an appointment, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling within 24 hours is charged at half the service cost, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Prepayment is required after repeated no-shows or lateness. Phones are not permitted in the spa, and salon guests may use headphone devices only during chemical services. Payment is accepted by cash, credit and debit card, and electronic transfer.

Bridal work is a major part of the business. Brides can book full bridal hair and makeup either on site or off site, and bridal parties can have custom packages. Off-site travel fees depend on location, so the salon should be contacted for a quote. Bridal trials should be booked three to six months ahead.

The spa offers massage, body treatments and facials. Massage therapists are licensed, and the business is a licensed establishment regulated by the Department of Health. Spa clients must be at least 18, and a signed waiver is required before any spa service for adults, pregnant clients and clients with medical concerns. Same-sex providers are available on request.
