Sessions often mix approaches. Facials include a 24kt gold treatment with an enzymatic peel and scalp massage, an optional dermaplaning add-on, and an intuitive healing facial that includes a crystal card reading. Massage ranges from Swedish and deep tissue work to chakra balancing and myofascial techniques, and Reiki appears across many services.

Spiritual coaching sessions run 60 to 90 minutes and look at triggers, recurring patterns and personal purpose, with relationship guidance available. Energy sessions such as C.A.R.R.I.E. and Chakra Balance with Tarot use a crystal mat, sound bowls, Reiki and a tarot card pull, with tea included in the latter.

Booking requires a credit or debit card. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $75 fee, no-shows a $150 fee, and appointments not confirmed by automated text or email within 24 hours are cancelled and charged a fee. eGift cards can be bought on the website for yourself or someone else. The studio is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm.

Each service aims to help clients relax and settle into a calm state, drawing on several modalities across facials, massage and coaching, with Reiki woven through.
