The salon is on South Pennsylvania Street in Denver and is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Its hair menu covers precision cuts, color services, blowout finishes and keratin smoothing. According to the salon, it offers zero waiting and fast service, and it describes the atmosphere as calm and quiet.

New color and extension clients must book one before scheduling their appointment, and existing clients who want to see a different stylist at the salon need a new consultation as well. Consultations are separate appointments held before any color or extension work is booked.

Appointments are booked through the website, and a credit card must be kept on file to book. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead carry no charge, while shorter notice is charged at 50% of the service value and same-day or under-24-hour cancellations, along with no-shows, are charged in full. Reschedules made 48 or more hours ahead carry the deposit to the new time, and a deposit can be moved once.

Results concerns should be raised within 7 days of the appointment. Adjustments are handled by the original stylist at no charge, while a different stylist's adjustment is billed at standard pricing. Services are not refunded, and no adjustment is offered if another salon has altered the hair afterward. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, and late arrivals may get a shortened service. Children and pets cannot come along to appointments. The salon accepts major credit cards, debit cards and cash, with a 3% fee on credit card payments, and tipping is optional and goes directly to the stylist.
