A typical appointment begins with a consultation with your stylist, and a coffee or cocktail may be offered along the way. Every visit includes a scalp massage before the service, and most finish with a blowout. The salon presents its approach as one built around luxury, quality and comfort. It also says it contributes tens of thousands of dollars annually to local charities.

The salon lists several community organizations it works with: Believing for Bryleigh, Communities in Schools, Operation Finally Home, Pink Warrior Advocates, Room Redux Connections, Locks of Love and Wigs for Kids.
