The Foreign Way

The Foreign Way is owned by Saudia, who runs the business from suite 110 at 5310 East Main Street in Whitehall, Ohio. Saudia aims to give every client a quality experience.

Braiding and loc styles include the hair itself, and the business supplies the hair for loc styles only. For other services, clients bring their own hair. A wash and blow dry is included with some bookings; when it is not part of the booked service, it costs $25 extra.

Any style beyond what was booked is charged extra. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments, and children are not permitted for safety reasons. Services are not offered to children under 15, and the owner decides case by case.

Scheduling for each month opens on the 20th of the previous month at 8am. Pre-booking opens on the 15th of each month on a first come, first served basis and requires a $50 fee that does not count toward the appointment balance. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance of a general appointment but are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling is accepted within the same month as the original appointment, if availability allows; moving to a different month requires a new deposit. Clients must leave a valid phone number when booking. Payment is by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay only.
