Care for the natural hair underneath comes first. Natural hair care is part of every appointment, before, during and after. Braid downs use an infused Braid Down Butter for moisture and a one-minute scalp massage with either Hair Growth Oil or Aloe Infused Gel, and sew-in refreshers use an Aloe Scalp Serum. The Natural Hair Experience covers hair pressing, treatments, two-strand twists and sleek ponytails.

Wig work starts with a consultation. The in-person session runs 45 minutes and covers style goals, inspiration photos, custom head measurements, an assessment of natural hair and scalp, and confirming a pickup date. A free 15-minute phone consultation is also offered, with the stylist calling at the appointed time. A premium raw hair collection is available to purchase during wig consultations.

Booking details: the studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM, Friday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be rescheduled online through the confirmation email up to 36 hours ahead to avoid a fee. Cancellations made at least 36 hours ahead qualify for a deposit refund, while later cancellations carry a non-recoverable $50 fee. Clients who miss an appointment without notice cannot rebook.
