Injectable visits begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation for new clients, and existing injectable patients can book a free two-week follow-up to ask questions about their results. Each injectable dose is customized to the client, and pricing depends on the size of the treatment area and how much product is needed. Neurotoxin results may begin to show within two days but often take up to two weeks to fully appear. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin or NSAIDs for 24 hours before treatment unless prescribed, and to avoid dental work or vaccinations two weeks before or after filler.

Clients may arrive wearing makeup, as the salon has supplies to clean and prep the skin on site. Numbing cream is offered for filler appointments, and ice can be applied before and after injection. The business sells SkinMedica products and gift cards through its website, with eGift amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $250, or a custom amount.
