Treatment plans are built around each client's goals, and the business says it does not use one-size-fits-all protocols. Its approach, called Complexion Couture, pairs a curated set of services and protocols that are meant to work together during a single visit. Medical-grade products are used for every treatment, and aestheticians tailor each facial to the skin concern at hand, whether that is fine lines, hyperpigmentation, acne, dryness or sensitivity. Skincare products are also sold for home use.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. The practice accepts major credit cards, cash, Venmo and financing through Cherry and CareCredit. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, require a credit card on file and carry a $50 charge. Patients who arrive 10 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and the deposit is withheld.

The Firm Medspa offers three membership tiers: Silver at $99 per month, Gold at $149 per month, and Platinum at $179 per month. Each tier gives a different level of discount on products, services and dermal fillers. Platinum also includes one complimentary Signature Facial per year. Unused membership funds carry over indefinitely. They cannot be transferred to another person and are not refundable. Toxin pricing may rise in January and July.

For weight loss, semaglutide is given as a once-weekly injection, starting at a low dose and increasing over several weeks within a medically supervised plan. Treatment begins with a consultation covering health history, goals and lifestyle, and a complimentary phone consultation is offered first. Grand Avenue Pharmacy, which the practice works with, says it performs independent potency testing on every batch. Peptide products are also listed.

Its Complexion Couture approach combines a selected set of services and protocols that are designed to work together on each visit, with treatment plans shaped around each client's goals.
