Color work begins with a haircolor consultation, which is required for color correction and useful for new clients who are unsure of the shade or technique they want. Color correction is booked only after it is approved at consultation and a deposit of half the cost is paid. Options run from a single-color retouch and all-over color to partial custom color with baby lights, balayage or highlights, and a three-hour custom package that includes blonding, toner, a haircut and styling. Blonde clients can book a toner, trim and treatment visit for maintenance.

Extension appointments start with a consultation covering hair goals, color matching and the right technique. Clip-in, microbead (I-tip), fusion (K-tip) and beaded weft sew-in options are offered, and hair ordered at consultation is paid for in full. Fusion extensions use keratin glue and are suited to blending shorter layers.

Lash services include full sets in classic, hybrid, volume, wet-set and mega volume styles, plus refills at two or three weeks for current clients and removal of extensions. Anyone returning four or more weeks after their last appointment is booked for a full set, and refills are not offered for lashes applied elsewhere. Makeup application covers full-coverage makeup, contour, liquid matte lipstick, eyeshadow, setting spray and false lashes. Waxing covers lip and eyebrow, with facial waxing also available.
