A new client starts with a complimentary wellness consultation with the medical provider and wellness team, at no cost and with no commitment, and every new client has one before a first infusion. Services are arranged as personalized plans around each client's goals. The business says a medical provider is on-site during all operating hours and that only registered nurses administer its IVs. Appointments are recommended and can be booked online or through the mobile app on Apple and Google Play, and walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Clients who want to come after 6pm on weekdays need to call to schedule.

IV visits are grouped by size and formulation. Express Bags 250 mL infusions take about 20 to 30 minutes, Feel Better Blends 500 mL take 30 to 45 minutes, and Deluxe Drips 500 mL take 30 to 60 minutes. Superior Drips 250 mL infusions are listed with a 3 to 4 hour duration on the section page, while the individual descriptions say 2 to 3 hours. Happy Hour IVs are offered Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 5:30pm, and a range of add-ons, from B12 to magnesium to NAD, can be added to a visit. Pregnant or nursing clients are advised to speak with their OB or prenatal provider before IV therapy, and the Migraine Relief IV requires prior approval from a doctor.

Beyond IVs, the lounge offers whole-body cryotherapy in a custom-built, nitrogen-free chamber, with sessions that run only a few minutes. The AI robotic massage comes in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, with the client choosing target zones, pressure and music on a touchscreen, and the system remembers previous settings. There is also a 15-minute dry float tank, an oxygen bar with optional aromatherapy, stretch therapy, and small group fitness classes of about 25 minutes.

Memberships come in three tiers: Feel Better Essential at $99 per month, Feel Better Optimize at $185 per month, and Feel Better Ultimate at $225 per month. Each includes a set number of key services each month plus discounts on other offerings, with Optimize adding a medically supported weight loss approach and Ultimate adding peptide injections. Memberships begin with a 4-month commitment and then continue month to month, and cancelling after that requires 30 days' notice. There is no monthly minimum spend, and unused services roll over to the next month.
